Original Talbina recipe
Add 1x whole glass of water to 1/2 x glass of organic wholemeal barley flour in a pot and place it on the stove at medium heat. Stir until a mushy mass is formed (like with porridge).
After cooling, mix an additional 1 tablespoon of organic honey into the porridge.
